Keep the jobsite and office connected
When documents, estimate notes, and project updates live in different places, the next person has to go looking for them. Often, they end up entering the same information again.
615 Automation builds custom software and automation around the way a business works. We were founded by Nashville natives, and we help businesses across Middle Tennessee find practical ways to connect their work.
This construction workflow demonstration shows one example: bringing incoming plans, estimate preparation, project files, and iPhone access into a connected system.
Watch the connected-operations demonstration.
Follow the information from the office to the jobsite
Bring the documents in. Plans and files arrive through authorized email intake or direct upload. The original documents stay available, and uncertain project matches can be reviewed.
Prepare the estimate. AI helps prepare a draft while keeping the source information available. People review quantities, pricing, and the decisions that matter before moving forward.
Keep project files within reach. The native iPhone example shows project files, a document viewer, and team tools in one place. Someone working on site can open the project information without having to return to the office.
Prepare customer updates with context. Call information and relevant weather conditions can inform draft updates. A possible weather impact and a confirmed delay are separate steps. The team reviews what happens next.
The demonstration connects these parts so you can see how information moves. It is a starting point for a conversation about your business, rather than a fixed package every company has to use.
Start with the part of your day that keeps getting stuck
You do not need to know which software to buy or have a technical plan ready. Tell us about one task your team handles over and over, which tools it touches, and where the handoff gets difficult.
That might be getting project information from the office to a crew, preparing the same document twice, or keeping track of what a customer needs next. We can discuss the existing process and what a useful first step could look like.
Construction is one example. We also work with local service businesses and welcome other Middle Tennessee owners dealing with similar problems.
A few practical details
Does this replace the people making decisions? No. This example uses AI to help prepare drafts and organize information. People review consequential decisions.
Can it work with the tools we already use? That depends on the tools and workflow. We look at those details before agreeing on a solution, scope, or price.
Is the demonstration showing customer results? The demonstration uses sample data. It illustrates the workflow and does not establish measured time savings or customer outcomes. The videos can be watched without sound.
